Children Policy For the safety of all guests and to provide a relaxing environment, children are not permitted to attend appointments. Because treatment rooms contain professional equipment, chemicals, hot implements, and sharp instruments, we are unable to provide supervision for children. If you arrive with a child who is not receiving services, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your booking deposit may be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide a save and peaceful experience for every guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the appointment deposit. Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to prepay 100% of future appointments before booking. We also strive to remain on schedule out of respect for every client's time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, depending on the remaining appointment time. If your appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, your booking deposit may be forfeited.
